Nigel Jenkins
Nigel Jenkins is an artist manager, record label owner, and music industry executive based in Steady Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. He is a graduate of the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and holds a Certificate in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Nigel has worked with a wide range of Canadian artists as a manager, label owner, and consultant, supporting artist development, touring, funding, and international growth.
He served a five-year term from 2021-2025 as Chair of the Board of Directors for Music NL, and served a full term as the elected Newfoundland and Labrador representative on the Board of Directors of the East Coast Music Association. Nigel has been recognized with multiple industry nominations,
Jeff Sheppard
Artist Manager and Booking Agent
Jeff Sheppard works to support all of our Artist Management and Booking activities. He has worked with artists such as Rube & Rake, Kelly McMichael, Classified, Rum Ragged, Silver Wolf Band, Contrived and many other incredibly talented artists on LHM’s roster. A musician and athlete from Corner Brook, NL, Jeff is a proud supporter and active member of the music, arts, and sports communities on the West coast of Newfoundland.
Debbie Brown
Label and Publishing Lead
Debbie Brown is our Label and Publishing lead. Previously, she spent 10 years working in the non-profit sector in public education, fund and relationship development, event management, and marketing. Most recently she was the Coordinator of Diversity and Public Education with the Association for New Canadians. Prior to entering the non-profit sector, she spent 14 years working in marketing and sales in the publishing industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto and a postgraduate diploma in Event Management from Algonquin College. She is also a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and is passionate about sharing yoga with others.
Scott Sheppard
Graphic Designer
Scott Sheppard is a musician, songwriter, and visual artist/graphic designer from Newfoundland’s west coast. He won the 2025 MusicNL award for Graphic Artist of the Year. As a graphic designer, he has worked with artists like The Once, Contrived, Rum Ragged, Rube & Rake, Kelly McMicheal, Anthony OKS, & Andrew O.
